Our mommy and me photo sessions have become one of the most requested photo shoots this last year.  It’s such a wonderful chance to capture new photos of your little one and a very special portrait of you two.

How quickly the time goes by.

Do you remember the day when your son took his first steps?  The entire month you were a nervous wreck as he wobbled across the room.  It’s one of those milestones, that you never forget.  When I spoke to my client to plan the babies 1st birthday photos. I suggested we do something different. Knowing he was weeks away from walking, we waited and captured something truly unique.

When I got to my clients home, I saw the FOR SALE sign on the lawn.  I couldn’t believe she was moving.  Your first home is filled with so many memories, so many firsts as you can see above.  Sometimes we move.. only looking forward, but when we think back, our first home is precious.

Mommy and me sessions are so important.  I can’t tell you how many of my clients say “I wish I planned something with my oldest before she got so big.”  Well it’s never too late, they’re never too old.  They don’t have to be a year old or 3 years old.  It’s a moment that you cherish, revealing the very special bond you have.

Do you remember holding your son in your arms?  Looking into those gorgeous eyes that light up your life.  Those chubby hands and chubby legs.   Ever little thing makes your heart melt.

One day when your son is all grown up, you’ll stand beside him looking directly into his eyes wondering where the  years went.  Soon after he’ll grow and you’ll be looking up to him.

Do you remember how small your sons hand was?  Do you remember holding his soft and tender hand across the street or in the park?
