17 DAYS OF CAROLINE
We run a creative business, but sometimes the best creativity comes from our clients. Natalie and I keep a small book in the office to write down great quotes, tips and ideas we learn about every day from our fabulously ingenious clients.
One of the most fun ideas we’ve heard came from our beautiful client Caroline, who had an intimate glamour session with us a few short months ago. It’s called “The 17 Days of Caroline”….quite possibly the most exciting holiday countdown any husband could ever hope for.
Caroline is a stunning schoolteacher– energetic, creative and well organized. She carefully planned her session in advance this summer, offering her plenty of time before the school year began – and to concoct her perfect holiday surprise for her husband.
In our pre-shoot consultation, we planned a gorgeous, dramatic session inside the studio and outside on our Castle grounds. We discussed various ideas to highlight their many passions in life as a couple — like a shared love for the theatre, food and romance. We chose a beautiful fuchsia gown from our in-studio wardrobe that suited Caroline just perfectly.
As a surprise holiday gift, Caroline selected our highly popular Image Box to present the images to her husband. On the outside, it’s a beautiful personalized box with a luxe hint that something fabulous exists inside. Open it and there’ s a treasure trove of visual goodness containing her favorite selected images. Printed and mounted on beautiful fine art paper, it’s truly our bestseller.
Caroline hid her box at home for what seemed like ages… until the Christmas countdown began. We waited anxiously to hear! With 17 fabulous images of her inside, she is presenting him with 1 “gift” per day, leading up to Christmas. Brilliant, romantic, and fun!
